who the crazy Target lady is, I'm not so freaked out by her. Been watching her pop-up in Twitter conversations, the sign of very effective advertising. Got in my head, that's for sure. She's stand-up comedian/voice actor Maria Bamford, who grew up in Duluth, Minnesota, and is now living in LA. Here's a clip from Comedy Central:
