Yahoo! News - N.J. to Register Gay Couples in New Law
New Jersey is the fifth state in the nation to officially recognize same-sex couples. Domestic partner benefits have been granted in California and Hawaii. Vermont has approved civil unions and Massachusetts recently legalized same-sex marriage.

There is a list of "cool" places, Michigan. Take note. As more and more states set up "domestic partner benefits", or whatEVER you what to call it, we will be left behind and considered "backwards" if we should pass a constitutional amendment.
