The West Michigan Whitecaps continue to tear up Midwest League opposition. The Whitecaps pounded their way to a 12-4 win over the Dayton Dragons in Ohio. With the win the Whitecaps complete a sweep of the Dragons and have now won 13 of their last 15 games. Jason Knoedler and Kelly Hunt drove in four runs apiece to pace a 14-hit offensive
assault.

Who are these guys? This story is a day old but I thought that I'd give the amazing 'Caps a mention here. They are now only one game out of first place, a feat that I never would have guessed would happen. I hope that they make the playoffs- those games are always a lot of fun.
