Grace interviews with D-Backs
PHOENIX -- The Diamondbacks interviewed broadcaster and former Gold Glove first baseman Mark Grace for its managerial position Friday at Bank One Ballpark. Grace is the second person to interview for the position, following Al Pedrique, who had his on Thursday.

It was the first time Grace had ever interviewed for a managerial position, so he was reluctant to try and judge how he did.

"How can anyone say for sure how they did in a job interview?" he asked. "We'll know how it went when the final result is in. I'll say this, though -- it was an awesome experience. They made me feel real comfortable and I thought it was a good exchange of ideas."
