The city of Grand Rapids has issued a building permit to Showgirl Galleria to create an adult nightclub and retail space. It is a controversial project, and the man behind it says a change in city zoning actually made it possible for him to build this facility here.

Mark London is no stranger to the adult entertainment industry. He is the owner of Sensations Showgirls in Grand Rapids and is now just carving out a bigger piece of the market for himself.

London’s latest venture, Showgirl Galleria, will be a full-nudity nightclub with a juice bar, plus two retail stores, selling accessories as well as hardcore videos and DVDs.
